We are a leading architecture firm seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels. This is a full-time position based in Washington with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that all building codes and regulations are met
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
