Position Summary:
Our busy restaurant in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in the food and beverage industry, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate front-of-house staff to ensure quality service is provided to guests.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
• Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability goals are met.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and high-quality meals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, receive feedback, and address any concerns.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in restaurant management required.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and techniques for handling food safely.
• Strong understanding of business operations including financial management, marketing strategies, and customer service principles.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The candidate must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 25lbs.

Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1700$ per month based on experience level. Accommodation will be provided along with visa sponsorship for candidates requiring it.
