Experienced Barber


We are a well-established barbershop located in Ufa, seeking an experienced Barber to join our team. As we cater to a diverse clientele, we are open to hiring individuals of any nationality, as long as they have the necessary skills and experience.

As an experienced Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting and styling services to our clients. This includes traditional barbering techniques such as clipper cuts, scissor cuts, and beard trims. You must be able to work with all hair types and styles, and have a strong understanding of current trends in men's grooming.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a Barber who is personable, professional and has excellent customer service skills. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and make recommendations for their desired look. The ability to work well in a team environment is also important.

As this is a full-time position, availability on weekends and evenings is required. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Barber in a professional setting. Knowledge of English or Russian is preferred but not required.

This position offers a base salary of $1600 per month, with opportunities for commission based on performance. We do not provide accommodation but can assist with finding suitable housing if needed. Visa sponsorship may also be available for the right candidate.
