We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Herzliya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications. Your main duties will include setting up and operating welding equipment, inspecting finished products for quality control, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in welding and be able to read and interpret technical drawings. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up welding equipment and select proper materials based on project requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine layout and welding procedures
- Weld metal components using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Inspect finished products for defects or deviations from technical specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience in welding/fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/sketches
- Familiarity with various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Certification in welding or related field
- Previous experience working with biometric passports or other security documents
