Office Assistant - Sofia, Bulgaria
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and visa sponsorship is available for candidates from Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Manage office calendar and schedule appointments
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
