Handyman in Eschen


Our property management company is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Eschen. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks for our residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in general handyman work
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in order to interact with tenants and other team members

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on properties
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, or equipment
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Handle basic landscaping tasks such as mowing the lawn or trimming hedges
- Keep accurate records of completed tasks and materials used
- Communicate with tenants to address any maintenance concerns or requests
