As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, project management, and construction processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in architecture and a degree in architecture or a related field. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Review and approve design plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong understanding of design principles, project management, and construction processes

- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
