Team Lead - Funchal

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees in our Funchal location. Your main duties will include coordinating team tasks, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all team members have the necessary resources and tools to complete their tasks effectively.

Your previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry, will be crucial to your success in this position.
