Senior Architect - Part-time (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Roskilde, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule.

As a Senior Architect, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that align with their vision. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other team members, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with other team members, including engineers and contractors, to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
