Junior Android Developer - Vejle, Denmark


We are seeking a Junior Android Developer to join our growing team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features for our Android applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java and Kotlin.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain application stability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of Java and Kotlin programming languages.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, Gradle build system, and other development tools.
- Knowledge of popular third-party libraries such as Retrofit, OkHttp, Glide etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with developing Android applications is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
