We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including organizing and maintaining files and records
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work legally in Denmark without accommodation or visa sponsorship
