Contract Office Manager in Vejle
We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Vejle on a contract basis. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate office activities including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Oversee and support administrative staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Plan company events and meetings, including coordinating travel arrangements when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role is preferred but not required
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Strong communication skills in Danish (English proficiency is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
