Industrial Alpinist


As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized climbing equipment and techniques. Your main duty will be to assist in the maintenance, repair, and construction of tall structures such as buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with a team of experienced alpinists to ensure safety and efficiency in completing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks at heights such as cleaning, painting, welding, and installation
- Inspect structures for defects or damages and report findings to the team
- Use specialized equipment and techniques to safely access different areas of a structure
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assist in the set-up and dismantling of rigging systems for rope access work
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of rope access techniques and equipment is a plus
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Vianden, a charming town surrounded by mountains in Luxembourg. It offers a great mix of city life and outdoor activities.
