IT Manager - Monte-Carlo

We are in search of an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations in Monte-Carlo. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth functioning of our technical systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology needs
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and security of all technical systems
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and protocols
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Develop and maintain IT budgets and track expenses
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform decision-making

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data management systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Experience managing IT budgets and tracking expenses
- Knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
