A reputable wedding planning company in Al-Rayyan is seeking an organized and creative Wedding Planner to join their team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultation to the day of the event. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Assist clients in choosing vendors, venues, and other necessary services for their wedding
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors on behalf of clients
- Create detailed wedding timelines and schedules
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of the wedding, including transportation, accommodations, and guest invitations
- Oversee setup and breakdown of wedding events
- Provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in event planning or a related field (wedding experience is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
