Machine Operator



We are currently hiring for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production facility. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate various machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain records of production data and machine maintenance activities
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Technical knowledge of various machines and their operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
