We are hiring a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's databases. You will ensure data security and integrity, optimize database performance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient database structures
- Monitor database performance and optimize for maximum efficiency
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with developers to design efficient data models for applications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL language and relational database concepts
- Familiarity with database design principles and data normalization techniques
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization techniques
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (open to international candidates with valid work visa)
