IT Support Specialist


We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Mauren, Egypt. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network and systems, as well as providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network and computer systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary updates and upgrades.
- Provide technical support to employees on various hardware and software applications.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets.
- Work with vendors to resolve any issues or implement new technology.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset.

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Mauren, Egypt (Preference for Egyptian candidates)

Note: This position is open to foreign candidates willing to relocate to Mauren. No English language skills required. Fresh graduates without experience may also apply for this position.
