Merchandiser for Retail Store in Odense, Denmark


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Odense, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to increase sales and maximize profitability. You will work closely with the buying and sales teams to ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and meet company goals
- Work with buying team to select products, negotiate prices, and maintain inventory levels
- Create appealing product displays that showcase our merchandise and attract customers
- Monitor sales trends and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Ensure that all products are priced accurately and displayed according to company standards
- Train and mentor new employees on merchandising techniques and company policies
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotions, events, and other marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement in visual presentation
- Maintain organized back stock areas and assist with restocking shelves as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and take action accordingly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) required; experience with retail management software preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship and airfare.

Location:
This position is located in Odense, Denmark. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already residing in Odense.
