Executive Chef (Seasonal)
City: Salalah, Oman
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a resort in Salalah, Oman. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role and who is looking for an exciting new challenge.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities according to hotel standards
- Create and develop new menu items while also ensuring high quality of existing dishes
- Oversee kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising their work
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and overall guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a resort or fine dining establishment
- Knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff from different departments
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel
Salary: 1600$ per month (tax-free)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a similar position
