Finisher Technician

We are a leading textile company based in Faisalabad, seeking a skilled Finisher Technician to join our team. As a Finisher Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of finished textile products through various finishing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment such as stenter machines, steamers, and calenders
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure high-quality finished products
- Conduct visual inspections and quality control checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the finishing process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production targets are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a finisher in the textile industry
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques such as dyeing, printing, and coating
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements for international shipments is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
