Handyman for Contract Work in Akron

We are hiring a skilled handyman to work on contract in Akron. As a handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general home repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing fixtures
- Install new appliances and fixtures as needed
- Repair or replace damaged walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
- Keep track of supplies and materials needed for each job
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of general repair tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have your own transportation and valid driver's license

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
