Baker - Khanpur


We are in need of an experienced Baker to join our team in Khanpur. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Your main goal is to provide our customers with high-quality and fresh baked goods that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedule.
- Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough for various breads and pastries.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Bake goods in accordance with established time and temperature standards.
- Decorate cakes with icing or other toppings as per customer requests.
- Monitor product quality to ensure consistency and freshness.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Follow food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, and other baking ingredients.
- Familiarity with all aspects of baking including mixing techniques, proofing times, oven temperatures etc.
- Ability to use various tools such as measuring cups/spoons, scales etc.
- Creativity in decorating cakes and pastries is a plus.
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
Salary: $1100 per month without accommodation
Location: Khanpur
Nationality: Open (preference for local candidates)
Language: Basic English proficiency required.
