Job Title: Online Consultant


We are a fast-growing online consulting company based in Gujrat, seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Online Consultants. As an Online Consultant, you will provide virtual support and guidance to clients from various industries, helping them achieve their business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries through various online communication channels (e.g. email, chat, video conferencing)
- Conduct research and provide relevant information and recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing efficient solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
- Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms for communication and research purposes
- Availability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world. However, candidates located in Gujrat will be given preference.
