We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through online platforms. Your main role will be to advise clients on various products and services, answer their queries, and provide support in completing transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to client inquiries through online channels such as chat, email or social media.
- Establish rapport with clients and understand their needs to offer personalized solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Guide clients through the transaction process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as chat, email or social media platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques is preferred but not required.

Salary:
As an Online Consultant, you will receive a competitive salary of 900$ per month along with accommodation. We also offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
