Administrator for Leading Company in Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at a leading company in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and supporting the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents and reports, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files for all company documents
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting to the appropriate department
- Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the company
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role preferably within a corporate environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
