Solar Panel Installer

We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our growing team in Esbjerg. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a part-time role with the potential for full-time employment in the future. We offer competitive salary of 1300$ per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs and other structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Connect panels to electrical equipment, wiring, or other components
- Inspect and clean panels regularly to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues with panel installation or performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and handling electrical equipment
- Communicate with clients about timelines, project progress, and any necessary maintenance or repairs
- Maintain accurate records of installations and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a solar panel installer or in a related field (electrician, construction)
- Strong knowledge of solar panel systems, wiring methods, and electrical codes
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license preferred
