Floral Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. This role requires strong artistic skills, attention to detail, and a passion for flowers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Select the best quality flowers and foliage for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner while ensuring proper balance and symmetry
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new materials when needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations based on your expertise
- Set up floral displays at event venues and assist with the delivery of arrangements when necessary
- Stay updated on current trends in floral design and incorporate new techniques into your work
- Handle payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks related to the job

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage
- Ability to create unique designs that meet client expectations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings for events
- Visa sponsorship available (preference for male candidates)
