Indian Sales Manager - Moscow, Russia
We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities in the Russian market. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, along with free visa and ticket provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Must be from India with good knowledge of the Indian market
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Willingness to travel within Russia for meetings and business development purposes
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and plans to increase revenue in the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through effective communication
- Meet sales targets by effectively promoting our products/services to potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as competitor analysis
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Knowledge of the Russian market is an advantage
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
