Our company, a leading factory in Malindi, is currently hiring for the position of Factory Line Worker. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines on the production line to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines on the production line.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machines or products.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
