Facade Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Facade Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Roskilde. In this part-time role, you will assist with the maintenance and upkeep of building facades, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good condition. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the facade profession.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining building facades
- Inspect facades for damage or wear and report any issues to senior staff
- Assist with repairs and touch-ups as needed
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed while working at heights
- Keep track of necessary supplies and report when stock is low

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but must be willing to learn on the job
- Physically fit to work at heights and perform manual labor
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills a plus)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
The position is based in Roskilde, Denmark. Candidates must already have accommodation in Roskilde or surrounding areas.
