We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Albena, a beautiful coastal city in Bulgaria. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and events. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure the proper care and maintenance of all flowers and plants.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to customer preferences and event themes
- Source high-quality flowers and plants from local suppliers
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper storage of flowers
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections and orders
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Offer advice on flower care, handling, and maintenance to customers
- Coordinate with event planners and organizers to provide floral decorations for special events
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote our services and attract new customers

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care/maintenance requirements
- Strong creativity skills with the ability to design unique arrangements for various occasions
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak seasons/events
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in floral design is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: 1400$ per month

This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have valid visa sponsorship or be willing to obtain it.
