The Canadian Restaurant in Akron is seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. You will also be expected to have knowledge of the menu items and make recommendations to customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have basic math skills for handling payments
- Fluent in English (French language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure prompt delivery of food and drinks
- Monitor tables for any additional needs or requests from customers
- Handle payments using cash or credit card machines
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including wiping tables, chairs, and menus
- Assist with setting up tables for new customers or clearing tables after they leave
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Benefits:
