As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure the availability of necessary data
- Develop data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training
- Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into the data and identify relevant features
- Evaluate model performance and make improvements as needed
- Communicate results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related role
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying databases
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques for text classification or sentiment analysis
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
- Understanding of deep learning algorithms and frameworks such as CNNs or LSTMs.
