We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for using machine learning techniques and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques.
- Develop data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data.
- Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve the performance of existing models.
- Build scalable solutions that can handle large volumes of data.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of machine learning and apply them in projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms/models.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
