Office Manager - Kolding, Denmark
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient communication between departments.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and secretaries
- Manage calendars and schedules for senior staff members
- Coordinate meetings and events, both internally and externally
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in an office management role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a contract role with a salary of 1100$ per month. The ideal candidate will be a student looking for part-time work or someone without prior experience who is eager to learn.
