A reputable manufacturing company in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with previous experience in machine operation and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in spoken English is preferred but not required for non-native speakers
