Restaurant Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and control inventory levels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and find effective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this role is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Hawalli, Kuwait. Accommodation will not be provided.
