Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Herzliya. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth or other materials. This role requires a high level of skill and precision, as well as physical strength and stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, loading and backfilling
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety on the job site
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Troubleshoot any equipment issues and report malfunctions immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license/certification for heavy equipment required
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Proven track record of safe operation of heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya, Israel

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. However, we offer free visa sponsorship for non-Israeli candidates.
