Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Accountant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information
- Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Help with tax preparation and audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
