Administrator - Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator/Office Manager to join our team in Hawalli. This role is open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, without accommodation.
As an Administrator/Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You will also handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting. They should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Manage correspondence with clients and partners
- Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding and record keeping
- Support other departments with administrative needs as necessary
Requirements:
