Construction Manager for Canadian Company in Jizan, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Canadian company in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Hire and manage construction teams and subcontractors
- Review project designs and make necessary modifications to improve efficiency or reduce costs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the project
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

Salary: $1500 per month (tax-free)
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
