Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Jizan. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals, coordinating schedules and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your role will require strong leadership skills, communication skills, and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. This position is suitable for men who have a background in construction management and are willing to relocate to Jizan. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules and resources with contractors and subcontractors
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Make critical decisions under pressure
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related field
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Jizan preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English preferred but not required
- Filipino nationality preferred but not required
