We are hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a busy cafe in the bustling city of New York, USA. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality coffee and tea drinks for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing new and unique beverages for our menu.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea drinks according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including brewing equipment and service areas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Educate customers on our different coffee options, including origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods
- Develop new beverage recipes in collaboration with the cafe manager
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while handling food and beverages
- Train new team members on proper drink preparation techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have strong time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1700 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. We are able to provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
