Shaper Assistant



As a Shaper Assistant in Zagreb, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of skilled shapers in creating high-quality surfboards. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with a passion for surfing and an interest in learning the craft of shaping. No English language skills are required, but proficiency in Croatian is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting shapers with preparing materials and tools for surfboard shaping
- Sanding and finishing surfboards under the guidance of experienced shapers
- Maintaining a clean and organized shaping room
- Learning and understanding the basics of surfboard shaping techniques
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Croatia
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends if necessary
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects (surfboards, materials, etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions closely
- Passion for surfing and interest in learning the craft of shaping
