Land Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate reports
- Create maps, plans, and sketches of survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying results are incorporated into project plans
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain and update records of survey data for future reference
- Provide expert advice on land surveying matters to clients or project stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using land surveying tools and software
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have a valid driver's license
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.
