Part-Time Administrator in Roskilde


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Roskilde. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth operations. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking for flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with organizing events and workshops
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This part-time position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
