We are hiring an Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most visually appealing and effective way possible. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and drive product visibility
- Plan and execute product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for new product placement or promotions
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor strategies
- Train store employees on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Nepali nationality preferred but not required
- No prior experience necessary, training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
