We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan, China. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create efficient and functional designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations, and experience working on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee construction progress to ensure design specifications are met
- Make modifications to designs as needed based on client feedback or changing project requirements
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues before they arise

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
