Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using design software
- Select suitable materials and finishes for each project
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Communicate project progress to clients regularly
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Make necessary revisions to plans based on client feedback or site conditions

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Shan (visa sponsorship possible)
